Return of products and complaints
Our products have a 14-day right of return, excluding products customized for the customer, which do not have a right of return. You can find more information and detailed return conditions at the bottom of the homepage next to the privacy policy.
As the primary form of return request, we ask you to use the return request found in your online store's customer profile. If this is not possible, your message will also be delivered via e-mail, feedback section and chat.
We do not consider a package left uncollected as returned!
If the product you received is clearly incorrect, damaged or otherwise out of date, contact us and we'll take care of it! Remember to keep the order confirmation and the original packaging.
